Hannah Oegema

Hannah Oegema is a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Canada in their Audit & Assurance practice, specializing in telecommunications, retail, and mining sectors. As a leader of Deloitte’s Women’s Impact Network, she fosters mentorship and leadership opportunities for women in the industry.

As Founding President of Women in Business at Ontario Tech University, Hannah has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering young women. She has delivered workshops on networking and career advancement through organizations like CPA Ontario and SheLeads, focusing on building professional relationships. Additionally, she has contributed to leadership programs such as Plan International Canada’s Girls Belong Here, served as a CanStudyUS Fellow at Toronto Metropolitan University, and been a Board of Ambassador for CPA Ontario.

Hannah’s academic and professional achievements include being a Community Challenge First Place Winner from Harvard Business School Online, earning the CFE Honour Roll distinction, and receiving a Gold Medal in the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with specializations in Accounting and International Business from Ontario Tech University, as well as a Data Analytics Certificate from Harvard Business School Online. Hannah is working toward obtaining her CPA designation later this year.
