Jaclyn Masse (she/her) is a strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience across public service, human resources, and project management.  A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), she also holds certifications in change management and quality improvement and is currently completing her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.  She is recognized for her ability to bring a thoughtful perspective grounded in people and culture to complex challenges and to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
