Natalie Pilla

Natalie Pilla is a Research Manager at Viewpoints Research, a social impact research firm, where she combines research expertise with strategic project leadership to ensure complex initiatives deliver impact beyond insights.

A Venture for Canada Fellow and graduate of York University and Humber College, she has built her career across public sector, nonprofit, and social impact organizations. Her work has informed decisions across communities, governments, unions, and nonprofits in advocacy, policy development, and program design; spanning health, labour, climate, and equity.

Natalie joined the WNN community in 2024 and has been central to the design and execution of the annual WNN Awards program since its inaugural year. She has built the program infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and operational systems from the ground up.

As Director, Project Management, she brings formal governance training through Fora's Rise on Boards program and a track record of building programs that are sustainable, rigorous, and built to last. She is committed to strengthening the systems that help women in Canada's nonprofit sector get recognized, supported, and advanced.

Outside of work, you'll find her focusing on fitness, reading, and making good use of her Toronto Public Library card.
