Parvathy Thanumoorthy is a digital transformation leader, counsellor-in-training, mentor, and community volunteer. She serves as Director, Workplace Technology & Digital Employee Experience at GreenShield and brings experience in strategy, organizational transformation, and people-centered leadership across multiple sectors. A Syracuse University MBA graduate, Parvathy is passionate about sustainability, mental health, women's leadership, and community wellbeing. She mentors through The Prosperity Project's Rosie Mentorship Program and is committed to advancing opportunities for women and strengthening community connections. She is honored to serve on the Women's Nonprofit Network Board and contribute to its mission and impact.
