Tanya Henry is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of experience in event management, fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as Vice President, Client Relations at Charity Search Group Canada, where she partners with nonprofit boards and leadership teams on executive recruitment, governance, and succession planning.

Previously, Tanya held several senior leadership roles at the Canadian Cancer Society, including Vice President, Signature Programs, where she led a national portfolio generating nearly $25 million in annual revenue. Throughout her career, she has successfully developed and scaled large-scale fundraising events, national programs, and volunteer-driven initiatives, while leading teams through growth, change, and transformation.

Passionate about supporting women leaders and strengthening the nonprofit sector, Tanya brings expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, board relations, and team development. As Board Director, Events and Projects, she is committed to helping the Women's Nonprofit Network deliver impactful, inclusive, and strategically aligned programs that connect, support, and elevate women across the sector.
