Why Community-Led Roundtables

Nonprofit professionals rarely have dedicated space to speak candidly, learn from peers, and reflect on the realities of the sector. WNN’s Community-Led Roundtables create that space.

This program exists to:

  • Foster peer-to-peer learning and community across organizations and roles

  • Surface real-world insights from those doing the work

  • Encourage honest conversation about leadership, funding, equity, and wellness

  • Build collective expertise and connection across Canada’s nonprofit sector
