Community-led conversations for real nonprofit challenges.
About Our Roundtables
The WNN Community-Led Roundtables bring nonprofit professionals together in small, facilitated sessions to share insights, navigate challenges, and co-create practical solutions. Designed by the community, for the community, these virtual roundtables centre women across Canada.
Why Community-Led Roundtables
Nonprofit professionals rarely have dedicated space to speak candidly, learn from peers, and reflect on the realities of the sector. WNN’s Community-Led Roundtables create that space.
This program exists to:
Foster peer-to-peer learning and community across organizations and roles
Surface real-world insights from those doing the work
Encourage honest conversation about leadership, funding, equity, and wellness
Build collective expertise and connection across Canada’s nonprofit sector
